Ordered 2 scooters but one was lost by the courier. A replacement was sent straight away following contact with CS. Haven't used the scooters yet as they are a Christmas present but they look superb and service has been excellent up to this point.

An amazing RS1 scooter. A GREAT build and design with the soft and comfortable 10 inch wheels in which helps to keep everything stable along my rides around my local area. It’s very versatile and manageable with it’s folding up feature that makes life simple for me during times like going up the stairs/going inside crowded shops etc. 4stars for me. Although, it would’ve been 5 if the mileage was a little bit more. 15 miles is good but not extraordinary. Besides from that the RS1 has helped me a lot soo far with traveling. Next I want to try is the RS2. One day. Just one day I’ll have the chance to ride the RS2

The Riley Scooters RS2 is very good, very manoeuvrable. It is a pleasure to use it anytime and very convenient as it folds and fits easily in the boot of a car.

I've tried a few scooters in the last year and I have to say that Riley's RS1 is the most comfortable ride out of them all. Its quick, light and removable battery is a bonus since I have a 2 batteries I barely have to wait for them to charge. Furthermore customer service is excellent. I recently destroyed my charger and was looking everywhere online for replacement without any luck. I emailed customer services and they sorted it out ASAP. I would highly recommend this company and their products!!!

well built scooter,nice feel on all surfaces ,love the fact that you can bye another battery for longer range, so i did so,and i store it in a tripod bag, and i hang it on the hook built on the scooter,got say too, that the customer service, if theres any faults is 10 out of 10, they very helpfull indead, Thankyou Hayden

What a great scooter. We decided to try them out on our Rome trip and they have been absolutely fantastic. Even though the roads in the city are horrendous, the RS1 electric scooter has handled them with easy. They are well manufactured and easy to use, they are now officially are favourite toy on the trip.

Purchased a second battery for my RS2, the battery arrived quickly but unfortunately came with the new blade connecter and not the older round one that my RS2 has. I contacted Riley and they were very helpful arranging pickup of the incompatible battery and then sending out the correct older round connecter model. The RS2 is a great long range commuter scooter offering a good blend of being comfortable due to the 10 inch air tires, light weight, portable and has decent range. For me its star feature is the swappable battery's. I'm around 80kg and on the fastest mode (FF) I get 16.2 miles range out of a full charge, where I live is quite hilly, I'm sure I would get more if set to one of the slower modes. Having the option of the second battery is really useful, it means that if I've been using the scooter for errands and need to go out again, I can just swap the battery to the fully charge one without waiting for the depleted battery to charge or allows me to go on long trips with the second battery in my backpack for a true real world total range at full speed of 32 miles.

We brought four of these scooters for a holiday camp company to run activities for children 3-13 years old. children as young as 7 could use these in Eco mode which was very easy to change speeds instantly. The ability to change the battery was very easy and gave us a chance to charge one battery while the other was being used. Each battery lasted longer than expected. The company have been very efficient in responding to any quires and delivering the scooters.

I ordered the RS2 Riley Scooter, I did a lot of research and found this to be the best option out there for value for money. It arrived quickly, once unpacked I charged it and was ready to go, it rides smooth and has a really good range.

Super fun to ride and is great for those times where it's a bit too far to walk but you don't want to waste time or money on public transport or an Uber (...in my case being snack runs far too often!)
