Jun 18,2022Good product but, the customer service was in transition so it was not as good as it could have been. I had to contact them three times before I finally got a response. Also, I had asked for their engineers/designers to determine the best size of tubing for a specific project; instead they simply sent me a product similar to the tubing I was trying to replace without having any engineer/designer review my specs. On a positive note, once they started to communicate, they were great and proactive and the product is of very high quality. Now that I have some specific contacts at the company, I expect that future orders will run smoother.

Jun 17,2022The first time I bought the bars they were cut nice and were straight. This time the cuts were splintering on the ends and the bars were corkscrewing. Quality control?

Jun 02,2022By far the best carbon products I have ever used. I have used other brands which send out duds frequently, or just take weeks and weeks to ship. Rockewest is incredibly fast and I always get exactly what I need. My only complaint is shipping is very very expensive on rods over 6ft long.

May 05,2022I ordered 2 pieces of carbon fiber for a custom home I am building. I am using the pieces for window seals, I already picked up 20+ pieces. I paid over $700 for the latest parts and they did not come with the 3M red sticky backing as I ordered. I had to use something else because time is of the essence. QC should be better
