While my experience started rough (poor quality product after a very long and delayed delivery) in the end they were able to correct the issue and send me new product. although the whole process took way too long and I was very disappointed, in the end all is well. and I would like to thank the team at Rockwest for taking the time to make it right. I believe that they do care about their customers and usually offer a quality product, it is possible that my experience was the exception so I will use Rockwest again in the future for my companies carbon fiber needs.

"ALSO" The items Should have been Shipped in the smallest USPS Priority Mail saving me Around $9.00 or $10.00 !!! The size or the items I ordered was about the size or a pack or cigarette's and you Chose to use a very big unnecessary way oversized box.. (expensive) Your prices are TO High !!!!!!!!!!!
