The carbon fiber tube was not even close to being straight. I hoped that american made tubbing would be better than the “globally sourced” Economy Line, but no such luck.

Received a punctured tube that was unusable. Poor quality assurance and shipping a broken product.

I received what I ordered---looks great. If I would have more information I would have ordered thicker material. I will make it---I'll send you a picture of my 2014 gt500 with 2000 miles

Incredibly helpful and responsive! Helped me design my custom order, and even made suggestions that ended up dramatically improving the final product. Provided excellent support and technical guidance, even though my initial order was very low quantity. Emily and Tom are the best!

Couldn’t order part from iMac using Safari. Had to use windows computer running Firefox for order to go through. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

I purchased a few button clips for pipes/tubing. The most challenging thing is sizing them appropriately. Rock West Composites had very accurate measurements for the clips which was very helpful. The clips were sent quickly and arrived without damage. They worked perfectly for my project, replacing rusted and broken clips for a trampoline. I will look at Rock West Composites for my future projects.

The carbon fiver sheet I ordered looks great but was shipped between two pieces of cardboard. The piece was bent in transit and about 30% of the carbon fiber sheet is scratched, bent and unusable.

Customer service was great. They saved me shipping by advising to pre cut my tubing. Unfortunately they did not cut it to my specifications. Oh, well stuff happens. I had to cut the tubing again but my project came out fine. I would use their products again.
