Mar 30,20231. The product is good. 2. The turn time is slow. I was told it was in stock, then later told it was not in stock. 3. I didn’t see the cuts section when purchasing (not sure if there is one). After several more email exchanges I was charged an extra $120 for cuts (I never saw a price p/cut until I was billed. When I reduced the number of cuts by over half I was told it would save me just over $7.00. Not sure who does the math? (Should have saved me $60 at least) 4. There was conflicting information on the website on one of my tube sizes so I ended up with a tube thickness that was twice the thickness of what I wanted. I didn’t even bring it up. I’ve been a repeat customer but it’s time to look elsewhere. I’m too small of an account to matter. The representative at pickup made a real effort to listen, and sincerely wanted to improve the customer experience. Kudos to him.
