We were looking for a cf tube for our project and decided to give RWC a call. Anthony Fairhurst was great in communicating with me and answered all of my numerous questions.... I ordered some samples of a tube he picked out for me to look at and had them in 2 days. I will be ordering our first production order very soon. Great communication and customer service. Thorough explanation of the various products made it much easier for me to order with confidence. I have a fair amount of experience working with epoxy, fillers and glass cloth but I have never worked with Carbon Fiber. The explanations as to how the various cloth weights can be molded, contoured around corners and the final look made it much easier to decide what to order for my project.

My order arrived on time. The packing was inadequte for such an expensive product. And my order is missing a sheet. Your phone number always goes to voicemail and no one calls back. I'm in the process of getting a replacement and I'm acutally stuck. There is no help at Rock West.
