Jun 02,2020at first I was a bit unsure about this company as I haven't heard of them before and they wanted the door paying up front but that all changed on the 1st june 2020 as the fitters came and installed my door first class fitters did a fantastic job they were very pleasant and explained everything I needed to know I would definitely recommend this company and Dan the fitter top class bloke and fitter the door looks fantastic

Jun 02,2020An excellent experience from start to finish. Initial email contact was prompt and helpful. The phone conversation with the sales team was friendly and helpful. The two lads who fitted the door checked what I was wanting and expecting. They removed the old door and the wooden frame which they took away. Fitted the new door then showed me all about it and it's working. Made sure that I was happy with the door before leaving. Everything left clean and tidy. More than happy with everything.

Jun 02,2020The RDC sales team were brilliant explained the whole process and didn’t pressure me when I explained I needed to consider other options. When I finally decided on RDC a fitting date was arranged to fit with me and the invoice was promptly sent out. Colin the door fitter arrived on time and had me up and running within 3 hours, including explaining and demonstrating the controls. It’s a massive improvement on my old door. I can now get my car closer to the garage door freeing drive space and more importantly the compact roller design frees up a surprisingly large area of the garage which had to be left unused To allow the operation of the old up & over door. One improvement could be the explanation about the extended warranty, I didn’t expect the door fitter to make me aware of this and take payment, surely this should be part of the sales teams remit??

The fitting team of Mark and Callumn were a joy to behold, they arrived nice and early, fitted the the door in good time to a perfect standard, cleaned up loaded all the rubbish and was on their way in no time. Jun 02,2020It was 1 star. It isnt now. I believe how someone deals with any given issue is an indication. Installer arrived with no pre contact, Which is opposite to what i was advised. Within 48hrs, maybe 4 open and close, The door has come off the motor runner and will not open or close, manually or with power. The door doesnt fit, it leaves an inch from the bottom. Would be a simple 5 minute job to grind out... if they had advised me. Or done themselves. Bought the warranty... I have to then register online. If I have paid 125 quid why do I have to do the admin? Incidentally, the warranty inception date and the end date is the same, which was filled in by the installer in blue pen. The colour doesnt match what they said. The mastic seal around the edge is totally pointless as it's not sealing the gaps!? The response from the company was they will hopefully have some one out in maybe 3 days. Who may or may not fix & install it properly. What should I do to access my tools and enable me to work? 'Sorry was the answer'. Installed wednesday, broke saturday, might get fixed wednesday. Hopefully, fixed and installed to an acceptable level. Maybe, hopefully, possibly.. Not really that reassured. Wouldnt recommend from this experience. However... from the follow up service they appear to be a fair and reasonable company who do actually offer a quality finish. I have already recommended them to in conversation.
