A couple of the boys I didn’t need in the end and they were, again, really helpful. Arrived faster than they said; great product; great service. Not often motivated to leave such a glowing review but they definitely deserve it.

A minor problem was the instructions were not that easy to follow and the ability to view an instruction video would be helpful rather than a 30 second video we found on the internet.

The customer services agent was brilliant- happy, professional and knowledgeable. As promised, she came back to me with the info I needed. In addition, she subsequently sent me a link to a video to help me fit my new blinds - brilliant!... service above and beyond!!
