Very clear in his communications and kept us aware of every step in the process. He provided access to medical professionals, including physiotherapy. This provided my mother with the care she needed, but also gave her peace of mind that her case was being managed by experts. Many thanks to Peter for his superb service. May 01,2024Ross Aldridge took my case after it had been dragging on for almost 5 years without resolution. As soon as my case handler, Peter Trotman, took my case the way I was dealt with and the urgency was apparent. Communication was constant and I was kept informed at every stage. Needless to say, my case was wrapped up within a few months (would have been sooner if it wasn't for the other party stalling) and my compensation was more than was expected. I cannot rate this firm highly enough.

From my very first phone call with John, I was told in detail what the process would entail and was immediately put at ease. Throughout the rest of my claim, I had constant help and support from John and he was always happy to help if I had any questions. I was also constantly kept up to date with my claim and was never left with any uncertainty.
