Jan 08,2021We recently purchased a home that needed extensive renovation, but we thought the kitchen was salvageable. Once we got into the project, we realized we needed to fully replace the kitchen. At first, we were very discouraged as all the quotes for cabinets were coming in around $17,000-$22,000. After doing a lot of research, we discovered the "ready-to-assemble" industry. After extensive research and many, many questions, we chose to go with RTA Wood Cabinets (no particle board, solid cabinets, easy to assemble). We worked with Motty and from the very beginning, we were impressed. Motty was extremely helpful and willing to answer all of our questions, even multiple times, to assure us that we were investing in a good product. He was quick with responses and very knowledgeable and helpful. After finally deciding on the layout (which he williningly changed a few times for us!), we decided to purchase one cabinet just to see the quality. It was great! We ended up purchasing 20 cabinets for our kitchen. The assembly went smoothly (it's not difficult at all!), the cabinets look great, and were so affordable. For less than $7,000, we were able to outfit our entire kitchen with new, good quality, cabinets. We did have one issue with on having the wrong size board, but we sent pictures to Motty, and within a week we had a new cabinet! We were so pleasantly surpised during this experience and would highly recommend RTA Wood Cabinets, and Motty's service, to anyone! Great products and great customer service!

Jan 05,2021The people are nice to work with and helpful but the quality of the cabinets is junk mismatched and cheap, they all say solid oak it’s a solid plywood with a veneer over everything if you’re looking for mediocre great cabinet if you’re looking for a solid WOOD cabinet they are junk

Dec 13,2020We ordered the Essex styles in white and gray. Shipping was pretty quick, and all cabinets arrived well packaged and no damage, make sure you order all items at one time to get the free shipping as the cost to ship one cabinet is pretty expensive. This was my fault though. The cabinets are solid and made well, out of 17 cabinets only one where the pre drilled screw locations did not line up correctly. We had one cabinet where the finish was not very good on the inside of the door. We also had two shelves that had painted finger prints on them luckily none of the quality issues can been seen. The directions for putting together the odd cabinets, corner cabinets, spice cabinets needed to be better, but again the quality of the cabinets is good. The only issue we had is the 30" wine rack does not actually hold most wine glasses so you are better off not wasting the money on this item and buying something elsewhere.

Nov 26,2020Ordered my cabinets online sight unseen and the experience was very rewarding. My salesperson was very patient with me and when the shipping company messed up, they were efficient and helped me to sort out that incident. Then the thing that won me over, was that one item was not included and all I did was contact Phil and he sorted me out right away. So I am wowed and completely satisfied. Great job!

Would highly recommend RTA Wood Cabinets to a friend family member or anyone else that values the opinion of someone who has installed kitchen and bath cabinets in over 3000 homes around the country. These went into my house and totally satisfied.

Oct 05,2020I remodeled my kitchen for the third time. That’s when my wife came across RTA cabinets. The cabinets are of the highest quality. Easy to assemble. I had a cabinet face that was damaged, so I called RTA. Within a few days a new cabinet face was sent to me. RTA stands behind their products, nothing but the best customer service. I will buy from RTA again. Thanks for the most beautiful kitchen.

Aug 20,2020Remodeled my kitchen for the second time in four years. My wife was surfing the web when she came across RTA cabinets. I ordered bottom cabinets. Delivery time was good. Customer service is GREAT and the quality is that of higher priced cabinets. I would recommend RTA to anyone. Keep up the good work RTA y’all are rocking it!

The shipping company was difficult to deal with and communication with trucking was sparse, making delivery arrangements unreliable & difficult to coordinate.
