Sep 19,2022The address was incorrect on the package I called and they would get it changed however they didn't. So now no package I had to call dpd to got the address changed and got my package after 3 more days I have now sent 2 suits back let's hope I get my money back for them

Aug 22,2022I have personally always loved rupali. Thus I order a lot from here. I have recommended this site to many of my friends and family and they order from here and also with me. I have always been a loyal customer and been satisfied with the products, but the last order has made me very disappointed and upset. 4 of the dresses do not fit from the clothes I have ordered. I have ordered 2 different colours of the same suits and one fits and the other is very tight. I have spent more than I usually do on this order. And was looking very forward to wearing these beautiful dresses. But have been upset. I cannot get refund as I have tobsend with my money and then pay parcel and customs again to get those dress I have already paid for. So overall. I am not satisfied with this order. I was planning on ordering again with my sister this month. But I didn't receive the same size I have ordered.
