Jun 20,20242nd visit back to Russell Dean in a month. It is a lovely shop with plenty of choices. We were served by Samantha and she was excellent. We went to buy a second Stressless chair. First one was excellent and that shopping experience was also 5*. We also bought a leather sofa. We weren’t pushed and Sam answered all our questions. Thank you.

Jun 12,2024We purchased a full leather corner suite, rug, ottoman bed with mattress & a separate king size mattress in January this year. The sales person Samantha King was extremely helpful and kept us informed of our order and expected dates for delivery along with double checking measurements and our specific requirements for the settee as we had various units with electric recliners etc. Communication with her was brilliant and we felt extremely confident in the service received by the whole team too.
