Mar 16,2024Relaxed atmosphere within the store. Plenty of quality furniture/accessories to choose from. Staff were all pleasant and available to answer any queries. We felt very much at ease looking around & trying the various chairs & sofas. Laura was the member of staff who dealt with our purchase. We could not decide on the colour of the suite & accent chair so we returned on another occasion & spent a considerable amount of time looking through samples before we made our final decision. Laura was available whenever we required a second opinion - again we did not feel pressured to make a decision. Once we had made our purchase Laura explained the process of delivery and care of our new furniture. We will definitely shop again at Russell Dean and highly recommend the store. Thank you Laura for all your help.

Mar 13,2024As soon as we walked in the door, we found a gorgeous rug, which we knew would be perfect for our living room. It’s beautiful. After then only looking at 3 settees, we found the one we wanted. We’ve got a 3 seater electric recliner in leather, it’s lovely. Laura was extremely professional and helpful. Just can’t wait to get the settee now!!

She explained in detail each item and answered all our questions - Laura really knew her stuff. She was efficient, friendly, extremely competent and very professional. She deserves more than 5 stars. He gave us plenty of time and space to sit on the huge range of leather sofas and we did not feel rushed. He made us aware that he was there if we needed him and it made the whole experience much more pleasurable. We now have ordered our sofas and would highly recommend Russell Dean and Troy.

Feb 15,2024A really good showroom and you were left alone to browse at your leisure, when it came to seeking advice Troy Ragona was extremely helpful and not at all pushy as you can find in some retailers. He also explained everything about delivery times and that they could hold our new bed and mattress until the new carpets were fitted, all in all a very good experience and we would recommend them to anyone.
