Friendly and knowledgeable, it was almost a pleasure to spend money! Samantha approached us last week and listened carefully to our needs....we determined then that we would commit to Russell Deans. Samantha's follow up with us was first class. Hats off to Samantha and Russell Deans from 2 happy customers!

Dec 10,2019We bought our new bed from Russell Dean, having previously bought a sofa and being very happy with it. We were approached by Laura who was very friendly and helpful and gave us some advice about mattresses and pillows also. Absolutely no pressure to buy at all, she was really lovely. Having bought the bed and headboard we waited for delivery, which was surprisingly quick and efficient. The two men that delivered it were very organized and friendly. An excellent customer service. Would recommend to anybody without hesitation. Thankyou Russell Dean, especially Laura 😊

Dec 04,2019We popped into Russel Dean after an afternoon in Hebden, with no intention of buying, just browsing..but, we saw a table and chairs that was just the size we were thinking of getting, sometime.. That prompted us to look at sofas as we had promised ourselves one in the next 12 months.. Syka looked after us very well and made suggestions we hadn't thought about, but that were very relevant. We came away very happy and look forward to the arrival of our new furniture..thank you

We spent a long time in the store but we never felt pressured to make a decision nor were we rushed in anyway. When we were ready to make our purchases we were dealt with professionally and with care. Although another colleague stepped in, Syka remained professional and continued to deal with our requests until the sale was complete. Thank you. Nov 27,2019Went into store today 27th November looking for a dining suite we'd seen on your website. Also we had looked round on Monday and seen a nice two seater Alexandra settee which we liked and just needed to check the size would fit in our dining room before we ordered it today.... We were looked after by Miriam who was very accommodating with our requirements of dining suite. We wanted an extending dining table and six chairs with grey seating..Miriam was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products ...hence we ordered an Rhus dining table, six chairs, nest of two tables and two door wall unit and the Alexandra two seater settee.... Nov 27,2019Our attention was caught by the sofas. The store is beautiful and very welcoming. We ended up buying a new sofa and the barstools. The staff are friendly and very easy to talk to. Alan was very good. Helped us purchase the right sofa. Syka served us and again she was lovely and great at looking after our 3 year old daughter. Love the products, really good quality.

Nov 18,2019Superb service received from Laura regarding a replacement bed purchase. She simply could not do enough to help as we are a bit fussy and wanted to make sure we made the right choice. Was an absolute pleasure as she answered everything we asked and talked us through the process and all options that were available to us, without being in the slightest bit pushy. If the after sales turns out to be good then we would have absolute no hesitation in visiting Russell Deans again for any of our furniture needs or indeed recommending them to friends & family.

She struck just the right approach with us particularly as I don't like pushy sales persons. There was a great range of furniture and we were able to find the right sofa to meet our needs.
