Jul 07,2024Marcus at EAST ROCKAWAY is a THIEF. He made an $889 purchace at Best Buy on my dime. Never give your credit card information with the three digit security code to them over the phone nor in-person. He is money hungry and a person you can never trust! Makes it crazy because all you are looking for is help not someone helping themselves to your bank account. Sad !!!!

Jul 03,2024Mrs. Kendra is always there whenever and if any issues arises. She's very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. I can't complain at all. I believe it's how you talk to people and respond to them as well. More customer service representatives can take a lesson or two from her and or your company. We need more people like this in the world period. It really makes your day less hectic and less stressful. Especially, in today's society where everyone is on edge.

Jun 29,2024I’ve been doing business with these people for over a year. They have been incrementally increasing my storage fee. My fee has gone up $100 per month in the last year! Their mortgage/ rent hasn’t! This is absolute robbery! I will be looking for another storage place for my things! These people are being pigs. Rip offs!!!!! RENTERS PLEASE LOOK ESLEWHERE!!!!!

That 5 star review from John is false that person lives in nj and has never been in Florida . If this is the type of scam the employees of this company does why should we trust this storage place to store our personal belongings. This goes to show the facility nor staff can be entrusted with our belongings. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location unless you want lies and horrible customer service .
