Great company to do business with. Quick to dispatch orders and very knowledgeable staff who sorted out a minor problem with ease. Would not deal with any other alarm company for DIY alarms. Had a Visonic system that I installed 13 years ago but it needed updating, so I was biased to use the Visonic brand again. Very reliable and easy system to work on. Great service, guys.

Came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. Very helpful prior to purchase, answering all my questions - friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The Powermax Complete system arrived within a couple of days as promised. Each individually bagged item was clearly labeled.Easy to install with comprehensive instructions. System works perfectly. Unfortunately, one of the key fobs had a button stuck in which had drained the battery. Contacted Sapphire by phone and a replacement battery was in the post the next morning. Couldn't fault the company, its products or it customer service. Incidentally, the pet-friendly PIR sensors are very effective and so far no false alarms despite the best efforts of our two lively cats.
