Sep 04,2018Their web site says orders received before 13.00 hrs are shipped same day so I placed and order on Thurs around 18.00 hrs so they would have the order before 13.00 hrs on Friday. So was expecting delivery on Tuesday as it was a Bank Holiday. Nothing arrived so I phoned only to be told goods are sent 48 hrs after order received. Other than that the goods were as shown on web site and my alarm system is up and running again.

Aug 12,2018Purchased a " PowerMaster 33" completely wireless alarm system. I decided to go for a DIY installation. The unit arrived as described "Next day" and was well rapped to protect the components. Fitting the control panel was quite simple - I also went for a mains supply as the control panel had a PSU fitted as standard. The keypad - and motion sensors where also a simple fitment. I opted for an extra motion sensor and two extra door / window sensor at the point of purchase. I cannot recommend "Sapphire Alarms" enough, had a couple of simple questions answered the following morning before 9am which sorted a small problem. 10 / 10 service
