Bought my alarm system from this company about 8 years ago. No complaints. Have added to the system along the way. Easy to deal with. They answer the phone when you call them and have always given good advice. Also had a dodgy component on the original system and they replaced it without quibble. Will continue to use them in future.

We have been having trouble with a Powermax Pro which Sapphire Alarms agreed to replace. Now Sapphire Alarms are a bit hard to get in contact with even though we have written them three times, and we don't know if we will have the replacement we were promised. So Sapphire Alarms, please get in contact with us and tell us if we can count on you. Apart from this we hsve received the items we ordered on time, but communication has not been quite as we expected. Reply : We're happy to hear that our case is taken care of now. But we don't understand the explanation about the spam filter, as we have also written twice, without reply, via Facebook messenger where we have been in contact earlier before we bought the alarm. We also have to say that the communication with you regarding the trouble shooting could have been a bit better service wise.
