Having bought the DIY Burglar Alarm Design and Installation Guide eBook from Sapphire Alarms I now feel confident in upgrading the intruder security alarm installed in my house some 20 years ago. The eBook is easy to read and understand and for the DIYer simplifies the terminology used by the professional security industry.

I ordered a battery pack for an alarm system. It was posted the same day and arrived the next day. It was just what I needed and was the most competitively priced that I could find. I was very impressed with the service and would definitely use again if required.

Easy to deal with. After reading their e-book I changed part of my order which was pleasantly dealt with by the company. Their advice and answers to questions is freely provided over the phone. So all in all a company I will return to when I need install another alarm system.

10 days passed and I have not received any items. I clarify at the shopping time that I wanted fast shipping method, do not matter the cost, and they send by Royal mail ordinary shipping for 12$.

Good selection, price reasonable postage and fast delivery. Was having trouble finding correct battery for a reasonable price and found it here. 7.2v round tube shaped rechargeable battery with only 2 leads. Tried alternative from another supplier. Did not last long as alarm started showing fault in frosty weather. New one supplied by Sapphire Alarms works great.
