Sep 12,2024Preface: I've held off on making this review for almost a year now to really assess my long-term opinion of the brand and its products. I have now been using the hair growth routine for about a year and a half, and the efficacy has been so-so for me. The shampoo and conditioner especially I am very happy with — the consistency is much nicer than most other products, and they seem to improve my hair's volume and styleability. When starting to use the routine and its serum product, and over the first 6 months or so, my hair loss seemed to progress quite quickly. I kept at it and decided to see if longer term use of the routine would help, and at least the hair loss seems to have somewhat plateaued at the moment. My hair is now very thin at the top, though no complete bald spot has developed, and while my temples are recessed they haven't worsened noticeably from the previous year. To summarize, my hair's condition hasn't improved much in the last few months, but at least the hair loss isn't worsening either. Why the 5 stars, then? Because the customer service has been brilliant every time I've needed it. I was first slightly suspicious of the money-back guarantee, and was delighted to have it swiftly approved when I first failed to see results after my initial 150 days of use. This also gave me a lot more confidence in the serum: if it were just snake oil, the company would undoubtedly bleed dry soon enough after distributing out refunds left and right. Several times I've also needed to make modifications to my subscription or orders and every time the live chat service has responded almost instantly, and communication has been rapid, kind, and professional. Special thanks to customer service agents Francis, Lisa, Efleda, Jolly and Laura! Hopefully I didn't forget anyone, but the service has always been top-notch.

Sep 10,2024Jolly, you give the worst costumer service I ever had, they “promise” to include extra products such as derma roller/ shampoo/ conditioner when you make a 3 months supply order, 150usd and it’s a lie, it took 10 days to reply a single email, 2 different people apologizing but not fixing the mistake they made, their response was “You will give it on your next order” they are a joke.
