Sep 16,2024Accepted trial period for around €1, and next page would say I will be debited €19 more. I cancelled subscription and messaged them immediately, and was told no refund is given on trial subscription! Finally they messaged back saying a full refund will be given! I haven't tried application so cannot say how this works, but be careful when paying subscription!

Sep 15,2024I echo the sentiment of another customer. There is misrepresentation of this service. The charge is shown as $1.34 but then the actual amount charged is for $54.95, which I have never agreed to due to extra services which were not disclosed beforehand. This is highly unethical and hallmark of a scam. Beware. "While login and password were supplied, no actual service was performed. I did not have any location for the missing phone" - edited. DO NOT USE THIS SERVI|CE. I have received an offer for a free month or 25% discount. Completely inappropriate response to the circumstances when the charges were obtained fraudulently. I am still awaiting receipt of my " full refund" as such this review will remain as is! UPDATE: I received refund of the second and larger unauthorised charge ($50 plus). I have updated this review in response to the repeated requests by this organisation to revise my review.

Sep 15,2024I am totally dissatisfied, I wanted to track my boyfriends phone and saw the trial fee was $0.89, i paid for that amount and after i proceeded ready to track and there was another transaction of $17.48 from my account. i didn’t even use it to track after the second transaction i was just upset and canceled my subscription a few minutes after i saw there was a R314 transaction from my card. i’ve sent multiple emails and no feedback till this hour. i need a refund, because i didn’t even use it to track the phone. i’m not bothered by the trial fee , but i need a refund for the $17.48 which is R314.

Sep 14,2024I paid for the 1-day trial but was immediately taken to a page stating additional charges and there was no option to navigate away from it other than a Continue button, which I assumed would take me back to my account but instead charged me another £28. There doesn’t appear to be a way to update or remove your payment details from the account so I will have to order a new card to prevent unathorised charges. I was offered a 50% refund, which is better than nothing, but still unfair given the lack of transparency and misleading site navigation.

Sep 13,2024Achtung !!!! Ich habe kein ABO abgeschlossen und wollte eine einmalige Suche zur Probe in Auftrag geben. 1. War die Suche nicht erfolgreich. 2. Habe ich sofort eine Rechnung über ein ABO von monatlich 48,16 Euro bekommen. Abgebucht wurden mir dann aber 57,31 Euro ALSO VORSICHT

Auf meiner Profil Seite komme ich da nicht weiter und Rückmeldung bekomme ich auch keine. Kann mir werr mit einer richtigen Adresse weiterhelfen? Was soll ich tun? Sep 08,2024Like many reviews before mine, this company completely scammed me and stole over $50 from my bank account by charging me for a monthly subscription that I did not consent to signing up for. And they did it on my birthday of all days. Do NOT fall for this trap.

Sep 06,2024BEWARE Worse than Adobe They charge you for a monthly subscription without any cancellation period window. They do not issue refunds and so it seems the same issue for many people. Other similar services do not have such predatory approach towards the subscription plicy

Sep 06,2024I tried paying $1.34, clicked submit and then just went back to the back screen. No login info entered (as I want to cancel it) turns out I'm not even as customer so couldn't reset password (I never even entered one!) And now my bank has frozen and can't use it! Wanted to sort it out before trial period ends and want NO payments deducted please. Cancel cancel cancel! **update** company contacted me and said that my card didn't work so no payment was taken and won't be. So was fixed and sorted out. Thanks for the quick response.

Pague una suscripción de 1 día y me di cuenta que no funciona y al día siguiente ellos mismos se auto compraron una suscripción de casi 1000$ mx con los datos del pago del día anterior .. no dan respuesta alguna al robo que me están haciendo … Cuiden sus datos personales de este tipo de estafadores

I had subscribed to 1 day trial period and paid 76p- but Scannero is now taking £21.11/- from me immediately the day after.(still in pending)' I had not even logged on - have now and tried to "unsubscribe" I would like the payment cancelled. I have got a "ticket" number -waiting to hear- Need this money refunded or payment cancelled

Sep 17,2024Currently not working and I tried to unselect the additional options but wasn't able to for some reason - only wanted the trial... to my shock, they took out the trial and the cost of this additional services... tried to track 3 numbers... did not get to the location stage during trial... so therefore didn't receive any service in the end... and after cancelling my subscription I contacted them straight away only to be offered a 50 % refund and condolences for my situation... no empathy and they don't allow PayPal as a payment option so we could have buyer protection - crooks they are... They said the 50% refund is their last offer... I will be taking this further... U cannot take money from people like that!!!!
