Aug 22,2023I have the same problem as the latest one star reviewers. I subcribed for a 24 hour trial because a friend of mine was in need - her phone lost. I was like 'hey, it's only 1 €, I can help you with that'. But a day after 60 EUR was taken off my bank account. We had a lot of emails and finally, today I've got back 50% of what I paid unintentionally... It'a illegal in my country to indicate the smaller amount in capital letters and with lowercase letters the amount you'll have to pay if you wouldn't unsubscribe. Also, their service didn't do anything. Fortunately, my friend got back her phone and any text message or notification from this servis was found on the phone... Don't tell me I agreed terms and conditions since YOUR SERVICE DIDN'T WORK... 'By offering me a refund - albeit partial - you seem to understand that the charge on my bank account was unjust as I have cancelled my subscription before the 24 hours deadline expired. According to your Terms & Conditions no charge should have been made to my bank account in this case. Please revise my cancellation and provide the full refund as the cancellation was made in time and the bank charges have been an error on your part.' And yeah, their customer service was very cute but now, I rate their site, their services which they offer on their site and how I think it's illegal to do that in this way. Also, it's only a message to the phone after all until they didn't send a reply but how if the phone is unlocked... so yeah. I wouldn't recommend them at all...
