I thought it was $1. I got it only to find that it didn't work for what I needed. I cancelled my subscription only to be charged $50 that I didn't authorize.
I signed up for the trial and cancelled the service. They charger me $55AU after that and refuse to pay it back as it’s against their rules. I have raised a dispute with my bank. This is a very poor experience and the service was pretty useless. Don’t subscribe is my advice. 26/02/2025 Update, my bank had to close my credit card during the dispute investigation. There has been no refund received due to this. They are now applying pressure to me to remove my review. Because of your organisation's action to charge my account for a service monthly service fee (Within the trial period I will add) and given I had unsubscribed from the service, my Bank the 'Commonwealth Bank of Australia', credit card investigation team took the action to cancelled and re-issue my credit card, to prevent further chargers from our organisation landing on my account. My response to them today below: My review of your service should stand as a warning to others, as you can see in this email trail the customer service representative 'Thomas Slavsky' denys a refund initially, then enters into a negotiation about a reduced refund of 50% as an 'exception to the rules', later 70% and advises me my circumstances are not their concern. It is only after I advised I would raise the issue with my bank, that I got an appropriate response. Fix your systems and your processes, this is not a single event there are many poor reviews for the same scenario on the internet review sites.
SCAM! Authorised a 71p charge for a 24hour trial. 30minutes into this trial (which is terrible) they helped themselves to £28.46 and are refusing to return it. I have contacted my bank to report the fraud and to get funds back.

I signed up for the free trial. My account was not properly set up so i could not unsuscribe and they took my money for a full month's subscription, even after i emailed them before the renewal date to outline my account was not set up, so I could not unsubscribe. I have sent them emails since and have had no repsonse.

Feb 18,202512 days has passed since I complain about my stolen $ 50, NO REFUND AT ALL. So they are 100 % scammer, don't bother to pursue them, they are con artist. Please see this review before you go to the website. You will lose $ 50. If you happen to purchase their nonexistent services, try to block your card, since my bank asked me to block my account, they put a redflag for this company, and my bank also called and explain me that this scannero is potentially a scammer. Update: they refund it about $ 27 to my bank, so maybe they actually care if you complain so many times, still give them low stars for hiding the fee and marked as scammer by my bank.
