Nov 01,2024This is not a serious company. Every time I logged on I had a virus alert warning! When I emailed them about it I received a standard message saying something about me not cancelling in time and that's why there were extra charges. They didn't even read my email message I haven't dared try and test the link they supplied. This SCANNERO IS A TOTAL SCAM and SHOULD NOT BE ENGAGED WITH under any circumstances.

Oct 31,2024This is the worst sickening scam I have ever experienced. American Express just let me know that this fraud company has been using my credit card details without letting me know. I have been charged 60 dollars every month, without sending me invoices, proof of invoices. When I try to log in with my email-adress to stop the payments, I can't even log in to an account as it doesn't exist. They charged me for a total of 413 EUROS!!!! Without any proof of payment, emails, letters or an existing account? I took it up to my laywer and we'll try to take the company down!

Oct 29,2024My daughter lost her phone on a bus while we were on holiday in Australia. She panicked and contacted scannero.io to locate her phone. Signed up for a trial period. Unbeknown to her she didn't realise that she had to UNSUBSCRIBE from scannero.io after the trial period ended. 2 months later she was charged $60 for the subscription. She then contacted Scannero.io asking for a refund. The reply was sorry no Refund. She tried to explain that she didn't realized that she became a subscriber after the trial period ended. So they said 'out of their goodwill' we will refund 25% of that charge. SCAMMERO !!! And not impressed at all !
