Dec 12,2024Mijn vriendin heeft één bedrag overgemaakt en vervolgens worden er zomaar verschillende bedragen van haar rekening afgehaald! Hier gaan wij niet mee akkoord, en verwacht dus ook zsm een oplossing, anders ben ik genoodzaakt om andere maatregelen te treffen.

Dec 09,2024Truffa. Se non si tolgono spunte parte in automatico il pagamento a servizi aggiuntivi dal costo di quasi 40€, (che non vengono elargiti). Inoltre, la prova dura 24 ore ed è stato disattivato prima delle 24 ore. Non forniscono supporto per l'utilizzo del software perchè sanno bene che non funziona. Nei termini del servizio prevedono delle specifiche per il quale si può ottenere un rimborso, anche se vengono rispettate, non rimborsano. Stateci alla larga. Ho conservato scree e foto dell'accaduto, mi attiverò con legali/polizia postale.

Dec 07,2024I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the service I signed up for on December 5th, 2024. After registering, I was charged $17.00 and $0.89, and I immediately canceled the renewal. However, I did not receive a refund within 24 hours as I expected. Following communication with your support team via email, I was presented with two possible solutions: SOLUTION 1 One additional month of Scannero for free. SOLUTION 2 You can freeze my subscription until I am able to use it, and the duration of my subscription will remain the same. However, there was no mention of a refund option in your response, and I found this highly unsatisfactory. To make matters worse, approximately one hour later, while I was distracted and my son was playing with my phone, he accidentally clicked to renew the subscription for one year. Immediately after that, I was charged an additional $130.00, which was an unexpected and unauthorized fee. After reviewing your service, including SMS notifications and phone numbers provided, I found that I did not receive any results, including from calls or location tracking. This has led me to conclude that your service is not functioning as advertised and may be a scam. I am now requesting a full refund for both the original charges ($17.00 and $0.89) as well as the unauthorized $130.00 charge. I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously and process the refund as soon as possible. Please be aware that I do not recommend signing up for your service, as it has been a frustrating and untrustworthy experience. I look forward to hearing from you soon with a resolution to this issue.

Dec 06,2024Biggest criminals ever. Service itself is useless and they debited me twice without my consent. I need a refund of my money. Edit! They keep mailing me that they've done a refund, yet i did not recieve a dime. Apparently, they're trying to buy time hoping I'll forfeit my money. This a is clearly a well orchestrated scam. ANOTHER EDIT This is two weeks since they said I'll be refunded within 10 working days. Apparently, theres no refund plan and they are hoping I'll forfeit the refund. Scannero is a criminal entity. Worse so, the app was useless.

Dec 03,2024SCAM!! Żądam natychmiastowego zwrotu pieniędzy. Płatność za 4,56 pln miała oznaczać 24 godzinny okres próbny. Transakcja miała miejsce o 17:13. Nie wyrażałem zgody na automatyczne przedłużenie - to raz. Po drugie kolejna transakcja na 255 pln miała miejsce przed zakończeniem okresu 24 godzin, bo o 16:21 dnia kolejnego. Wypełniłem formularz - ticket 7031639. Ponownie żądam natychmiastowego zwrotu pieniędzy (końcówka nr karty - 7532)

Dec 01,2024These crooks waited one day after they repaid me an unauthorized withdrawal they had taken from me to take it again WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.....aka.....theft, fraud, scam....... DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING EVER. THEY ARE THIEVES!!

Nov 19,2024DO NOT buy their "services", it is a scam. they say it costs 10kr per day, but we ended up paying almost 500kr. and in the part were they give you the chance to cancel the extra services, is not possible to click and cancel. We were rushing to find a friend who was in the middle of a crisis, and we didn't look carefully. Do not bother, it does not track the phone if the person using the phone you wanna locate, doesn't click the link you sent to their phone.

Nov 19,2024I was trying to find an app to help find my phone. At first Scannero popped up as a free service then you had to pay $1.49. So I was like ok I'll put my card number in for that. BUTTTTT, as soon as I agreed to that another screen popped up saying it would now cost another $60. I was like no way so I x'd out of the screen altogether. However, even though I did not agree with this cost and I x'd out they still charged my card. So basically as long as you agree to the $1.49 it goes to a further screen and you have no choice. Their customer service has been horrible trying to get my money back that I DID NOT authorize. DO NOT put your card in with this company, they are crooks. And their service doesn't even work.

Nov 19,2024Una truffa. Non riesco più a disdire il servizio. Non si può disdire se non facendo il login ma mi dice che la e-mail di registrazione è errata e non è vero. Sono 4 mesi che pago un servizio inutile. Non c’è scritto che per localizzare devi essere autorizzato e non c’è scritto che è un abbonamento.

Nov 16,2024Has to be a scam. I had no luck in finding a phone using messages, so I entered my own number to see if it worked, and of course it didn't. Actually said that message was sent, but I never received it. Do not waste your money on this!!!

Dec 13,2024We started to sign up after the $1.37..it came up with multiple fees so we did not continue and it still charged us $77. After the email said our subscription was cancelled...just emailed them again as the phone number given does not connect.Scammers!!!!
