Dec 20,2024When we were notified recently that there was a problem with the booking we had made on board ship with P&O I was unable to contact P&O, despite hanging on for over an hour on at least 4 occasions and emailing them several times. I passed it on to the Cruise Centre and Kerri and Ross worked their magic. I can now look forward to fully enjoying our cruise thanks to this pair who went far beyond what I expected and worked a miracle.

Nov 27,2024Booking 125910 - Dubai Cruise From the very start our booking experience was so simple, especially organized by Elizabeth who was extremely helpful & friendly. A traveller's nightmare happened on the day of travel when I lost my passport and could not travel with the rest of the group. Moya from customer service was amazing and supported me throughout my 24 hour turnaround at the passport office, speaking with Emirates to see what options were available for me to travel on another flight to dubai or another airport if I missed the first port in dubai. Fortunately, we had booked 2 days hotel before the cruise and was able to meet with my friends the morning of the cruise. I have never been so grateful and thankful that I had booked via Cruise centre and wanted to send this review as a massive thank you.

Nov 20,2024Sharon Bailey again created the perfect package for our next Summer holiday. It made it even more special that she managed to get us a room at the Guesthouse at Graceland. And for just a bit more a balcony instead of an oceanview room on our cruise. So looking forward to it!
