I always use Scotland’s cruise centre to book my cruises . Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Adam seemed professional and friendly when setting up the booking. However I had to go back to him three times due to errors in the booking. Considering the amount of money spent I found this extremely irritating. None of the holiday was itemised or broken down in price. He was never available to speak to after the holiday was paid. Having said that the customer service staff were helpful apart from one whose attitude was one of why are you bothering me.
Recently booked a cruise to Alaska with Kerri for next September '25. She dealt with my enquiry professionally, was very knowledgeable and helpful in arranging my booking. She was friendly on the call and it was a pleasure to talk to her. I would certainly book through her again.

New to cruising so had endless questions, from what to expect onboard, what was the ratio of formal to informal dinning, to which was the best cabin position. Kerri answered all questions swiftly and I never felt pressured to book the cruise. The price is very competitive with other agents but Kerri's non pushy attentiveness guaranteed my booking. Customer service is very high on my priority list.
We contacted Scotland’s Cruise Centre to discuss a possible holiday. We were fortunate to be connected with Nicky Smith who was helpful, knowledgeable and quickly pulled together a holiday package that met our needs. We remained in contact with him to finalise our trip. Nicky was easily accessible and even took my call whilst on a day off. His knowledge and helpful manner allowed us to build a plan for a special holiday. We can’t thank him enough and will be sure to contact him re any future cruises. Oct 02,2024We returned to cruising after 20 years and booked through Scotland’s Cruise Centre. The booking process was excellent with knowledgable staff within a streamlined, efficient system. However, what sets this company apart is the service and support received when flights did not go to plan. On our outward bound journey, our connecting flight to Barcelona was cancelled in Amsterdam due to a thunderstorm. This resulted in us missing the ship embarkation as the ship had to sail. We then had to find a flight to the next stop which was Palma, Majorca. When I contacted Scotland’s Cruise Centre, Sophie managed to inform the cruise company of the situation and arrange overnight accommodation in Palma. She was also in regular contact with us during what was an extremely stressful time. We finally boarded the ship on Day 2 of the cruise in the afternoon. The cruise was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. However, we had to contact Sophie again on the way home as yet again the connecting flight in Amsterdam was cancelled due to high winds. We could not fly home until the following day and Sophie arranged transfers and another hotel stay. It was very reassuring to know that someone was checking where we were and how we were getting on. It is not until things go wrong that you appreciate the support available and there was support in abundance from Scotland’s Cruise Centre. Once home there was the issue of compensation and reimbursement of hotel bills etc. Once again Scotland’s Cruise Centre dealt with that for us through the customer relations department in a supportive, professional and efficient manner. We are grateful to all the staff involved in the unfortunate situations we found ourselves in and these guardian angels were there to help. Needless to say, we have actually booked another cruise with Scotland’s Cruise Centre for next year with direct flights so fingers crossed for plain sailing and no more drama!
