Our Seat Belts are designed, assembled**, sewn, tested and packaged in Jupiter Florida. They meet and exceed all US federal regulations.

Good quality products. The only complaint is the lack of instructions for proper hardware installation. I also couldn't find any on their website.

First I tried to purchase seat belts paying by my Master Card. Order was successfully placed on the website, but then I received an email from Christian Mata that they cancelled my order for some reason because of their payment processor. I waited for 12 days to be refunded. After that I tried to make another order via PayPal. Again - money on hold, order not competed. I wrote Christian again, that payment it "pending" and I haven't received any confirmation. In 4 days I got reply that it's OK, order was cancelled. Good job! Thanks for your "good" service, I have already purchased seat belts from another company which cares about their customers.

Seat belt plus was great, great product, just as advertised, I would purchase from then again. My main issue with the purchase was the delivery, which, although it was very fast, was a very negative experience. The shipment was handled through DHL, and on the morning of delivery, my wife received a very rude phone call at home from a DHL representative demanding immediate payment of charges before the shipment could be delivered to our business, not the house. when my wife asked him to please call me at the shop so I could handle it, he very rudely told her "you do it, otherwise the delivery will be sent back". now at the time she received this call I had not yet even had a request for payment email sent to the shop. that arrived while I was on the phone with her and checking if an e-mail notice had arrived. Delivery was scheduled for today but package arrived an hour after payment was received. I continue to have issues with these big delivery companies using Covid as an excuse to be rude, to leave parcels where they can be stolen, and generally provide poor customer service. I applaud Seat Belt Plus for getting the order processed and sent in a very timely matter

They have a hard time identifying what parts are needed on what vehicle. Their website offers several applications for vehicle but when you call for assistance they tell you that is not offered. Real confusing.
