Oct 22,2015You guys are amazing. I had just taken over IT with this company when we lost a server (RAID array) with no recent viable backups in place. Faced with the possible loss of over a months worth of data, we sent our drives to you guys. Alec Sakenes was instrumental in guiding us through the process and provided excellent communications and regular updates. Needless to say, my first task as the new IT guy here was to put in a new, functioning backup system!

Oct 09,2015Jeremy at Secure Data Recovery got all of my key data back from an external hard drive that failed. I had a backup running but my installation of Windows 10 changed the drive lettering and through the backup off. Wouldn't you know I had key new work that didn't get backed up during that key time. Thanks to these folks for recovering my highly important materials!

For a very reasonable price, considering the investment I had in my data, I got it all back! Sep 25,2015From start to finish, the service was efficient, professional, responsive to customer concerns and needs, competent in technical skills, and overall quality of service. Mitchell Ext #: 207 was almost always available, responsive and quick to take care of my concerns and requests. Excellent communication and management of customer expectations.. I was completely distraught with the loss of my data and had given up on recovery. Secure data has been able to recover most of my data from my laptop and backup drives. Both had failed.
