I received a call from Steve D, following that enquiry and he talked me through the process. Turned up at Touchwood and everything went as he said, there for around 30 minutes and agreed a price and car sold! Great experience no messing just sorted, would use again.

Communication was great from the very start, friendly and professional. Graeme talked us through each step and explained the paperwork clearly. Jan 12,2025Easy to arrange, good directions (although the Banbury Aldi multi-storey was closed there is parking nearby). Happy to negotiate a bit although anyone selling a car must expect the offer price to be way below the online valuation once any issues have been identified. And, to be fair, there will be issues with a 10 year old car, even a 5 year old car if it hasn't been looked after and maintained. Providing either manufacturer's or marque specialists service history, any repair bills and a recent MoT will certainly smooth the process. And as Dan said, if your car hasn't had the oil changed in 80,000 miles, don't expect to be offered even half of the online valuation. Proof of the pudding is that I would use SYC2J again, and support a local outfit over a national chain.
