They were professional and knowledgeable and they very much wanted to do their best for you. Graeme was very approachable and clearly has a great deal of knowledge and experience. I would say that Graeme went above and beyond in endeavouring to achieve the very best price for me. He was also at pains to explain the process every step of the way and I had complete confidence that I was dealing with a company that were customer focused and experts in their field.

Andrew was so kind and professional from start to finish - he even made a friend out of my little one who had to attend the viewing with me. Smooth process which was alot quicker than I anticipated- car viewing to cash in the bank in under 3 hours. Process explained well with obvious knowledge. Andrew also expressed concern that I was having to get home with the baby and gave me a lift. An absolute credit to the company - thank you.

Oct 12,2024Knowledgeable staff and reliable company. I took one star off because like all these companies the first price you see online was very misleading, by over £1,000 in this case. I understand they need to see the car and its condition but really believe other factors, like a glut of a particular type of car, should be built into the online algorithms.

When I told him that I was not happy with the price he offered me. He was ready for negotiations.. I was so happy he offered me exactly what I was expecting for my car which was nice of him. He made me feel comfortable talking to him. His customer service was excellent. He even game money for taxi to go home. The money went into my account straight away. By the time I get home the money was already in my account which nice. No charging fee at all. I will recommend any one who want sell their car to use SYC2J when you are ready to sell. Fair price agreed and money received in the bank by 6pm the same day. Much better than other car selling companies I have experienced. Happy to recommend SYC2J to other sellers.
