Jan 26,2025I previously went to another well known company ….. was given a quote and then a few days later went back and the quote had dropped by £600 , so someone suggested Jacks , I have to say price agreed , Sam was great very personable and my quote was good with the cash in my bank the same day so all in all a great experience would recommend

Jan 25,2025Dropped my car off today at 1300, money is in my bank at 1500, much quicker than any other car buying sites, and no admin fee, win, win. My initial contact was with Dan, who gave me a price but I need to hold onto the car for three days to get to work, he held the price and was good to his word. Went in today and handed the car over to Steve, just like Dan really pleasant and welcoming, would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling your car.

I was really nervous about selling my car this way after reading awful stories of people's experiences with the nations biggest buyer as seen on a million TV adverts but had a look online and found Sell your car to jack, they have an office less than 15 mins from me, their reviews all seemed good, their initial offer was very reasonable so I went ahead and booked. So glad I did. Mark at Wolverhampton (in the Wulfrun Centre Car park) called me in the morning to remind me of everything to take with me, I arrived and sat in the warm office whilst Mark fully inspected my car, we then went through all paperwork, service history etc, I went in with an open mind, my car had damage to the front and I fully expected it to have a big impact on the initial offer shown online, i had a price in my head that to me was reasonable and covered the damage and reduced service history, but I was still nervous and panicking that he'd come back with something ridiculous so when he told me the price that was only £200 lower than the one in my head I was beyond relieved and agreed on the spot. He printed all the paperwork off, no lengthy pages of small print, just straightforward agreements, signed, payment done, start to finish in 30 mins and money cleared in my account 4 hours later. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely use again although hopefully won't be changing cars for a good while now.

Jan 27,2025I used Sell Your Car 2 Jack through a referral from my dad who jas used it to sell his Gold R through & was impressed with their professional service. I went on Friday to get a selling price for my 2015 BMW X5 which was not economical any more to keep & run as was expensive on the petrol but was an amazing family SUV. I turned up early than my appointment but the Advisor Joe was very friendly & welcomed me to take a seat so we could start the process Joe was very polite & professional when explaining what was going to happened. After Joe took it for a test drive to check all was in working condition & do a inspection. After returning & Joe was happy with the drive of the X5 & pointed out any external issues like scratches & curbed alloy etc which I was aware of. After agreeing a price that I was happy with & deal was done & money in bank account same day.
