Nov 13,2024Sales man was very polite, payment was in bank before we arrived home. However, valuations are not true to the questions asked these need to be more specific so a more realistic value is presented to avoid disappointment. There was no flexibility on their offer it’s a final amount without any bartering. Offer had to be accepted as we cancelled insurance and didn’t renew car tax disappointed as 2 new tyres were done earlier that week to help meet initial valuation. £1500.00 less than quoted. Yes I agree there were issues that Tom pointed out to us but we could’ve added these to the questions if they were on the form.

The guys were knowledgeable and gave honest feedback on the state of the car. The price agreed was good and there were no additional hidden fees. Overall very happy. Nov 11,2024Originally spoke to Mark at the Sutton Coldfield branch and he gave me a price which was a bit lower than I expected (system generated). Kindly he then called the Big Boss and managed to confirm a better price for me and held the value over the weekend. Dropped the car off today and Tom was handling the handover, very professional and nice guy, there was a seamless continuation from Mark handling things to Tom and i appreciate the ease of it (not having to explain the conversation Mark had with the big boss etc) 3rd time ive used these guys and no issues, will be back again
