Feb 09,2025Je suis vraiment désolé mon compte est bloqué depuis octobre pour une vérification de conformité tous les documents demandés ont été fournis mais toujours pas de nouvelles.quand je contacte le chat en ligne ou par téléphone on me demande d'attendre 24h à 48h. Je vraiment navré pour moi c'est une mauvaise expérience.service client pas à la hauteur temps d'attente long.Les agents ne maîtrise pas les sujets abordés. 5 mois pour vérifier un compte qui n'est pas une banque.
