Sent money and its the forth day still not delivered.Funny enough there is no customer care to assist you. When you want to cancel transaction you can't.

My money was not delivered. It took 7 days to be told that the transaction is cancelled and no explanation as to why it was delayed and then cancelled

I been sending thousands of $ from this app but today I decided to delete them because the 2 times that I contacted their customer service regarding an error transaction but It took the funds out from my bank,they couldn’t help me. The only thing they’ll say is that “ Send wave didn’t take your money” just wait for a day the funds will be back in your account. What a joke! What if it’s an emergency and what if I don’t have extra funds? My emergency will wait for a day? I will go back to Remitly instead.
