Feb 03,2025Sendwave ne permet plus à ses clients d'effectuer des transferts avec leurs cartes bancaires. Je me demande comment (leurs clients) vont-ils faire pour effectuer leurs transferts. Veulent-ils qu'on se déplace maintenant dans leurs bureaux pour effectuer nos transferts ? Allez, je supprime mon compte et me casse chez les concurrents !

Feb 03,2025Never will I recommend this company to anyone who is in need of money urgently or in terms of emergency. The company have poor communication system and can hold your money several days without delivering it and if you decide to cancel your transaction it can take more than 5 days to forward the funds to their partner then another days to get the money in your bank account. I used this app to transfer money on the 29th Jan 25, till this day of making this post the money has still not reflect in the receivers account. They don't pick direct calls, waiting time for calls could be more than 1 hour and if you decide to wait they hang up the call half way. The only reliable means of communication is web chat and all they keep on saying is YOUR MONEY IS AT THE FINAL STAGE but till now it hasn't gone through. I asked for cancellation and was told it will take 5 working days for their partner to process it and depending how fast my bank is could take another days to get the money in my bank account. I believe people send money for emergencies business, etc and for that reason I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MONEY TRANSFER IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF MONEY BADLY.
