Jan 31,2025Since WorldRemit bought send wave, it’s become a disaster. Transactions are not delivered and they claim to have delivered, then delaying games start. Customer service can’t help with anything, they often lie and give conflicting statements. I will never again use send wave. They have become the worst money transfer service.

Jan 31,2025Sendwave de gros voleur arnaque à outrance j'ai envoyé une somme de 500000 franc CFA qui n'a jamais été livré et après 17 jours toujours rien je ne recommande pas sendwave et orange me badigeonnent finalement pas de suite mes 500000 perdu mais j'ai porté plainte on verra où cette histoire nous mainera grosse arnaque ne pas utilisé
