Aug 09,2023This product is not as advertised in anyway. I saw the ads and decided to take the leap based primarily on the 30-day return policy. 1.) I ordered the suit 4 weeks before a wedding I needed to attend, which should fit their wait times, but the suit did not arrive in time and took an extra week. 2.) The suit fit horribly. I am able to buy most clothes off the rack so I expected it to not be a big deal. 3.) I initiated the return online and had to wait two days to get the form to send in the faulty suit. I returned the suit about 10 days later and they claimed that I did not return it in the 30-day window. With most purchases I make, the return must be started within the necessary window, not the completed shipping of the product back to the manufacturer. Their policy apparently is 30 days from the delivery (a week later than advertised) of the product (a poor-fitting suit). They suggested I get a tailor to make the necessary adjustments. Let me say that again, the suit company that claims to be able to design a custom suit based on a survey told me to get a tailor to fix their bad product. So in summary, bad product, bad customer service, and I suggest everyone stays away from this horrible product.

Jun 11,2023Amazing suit! Breathable, works both in casual and formal settings, and easy to maintain. I'm used to buying bespoke suits, so I know how arduous the process can be, but the people at Sene make your custom fitting experience as hassle free as possible. Only needed one re-tailoring to perfect the suit and that was just for sleeve length and shoulder width. Will definitely be buying another suit again soon!

Jun 11,2023I was anxious as all my suits are custom and the sene approach is novel and uses limited measurements. I was impressed with the suit and shirt that arrived for a first fit status. This was when Sene shined and we quickly responded to the fit improvements required, remade the suit and delivered a quality cut suit. I whole heartily recommend Sene because they stayed responsive until I was completely satisfied.

Jun 02,2023From the fit to the fabric choices, Sene is a top notch choice for folks who appreciate a good fit! I have purchased a number of items from Sene in the last year including a pair of Tech chinos, Air Jeans and two shirts. The chinos fit perfectly outside of the box on the first try. The jeans required a second attempt, which Sene completed with no hassle. Sene is a great alternative for folks who have struggled to find their fit in traditional box stores. For me, short and boxy, Lulu ABCs had the right fabric but I could not find a fit to match my frame. Sene brings the same Japanese technical fabrics with a custom approach that is tailored to me. As a business traveler, this combo of tech and fit is utmost essential.

Jun 01,2023Start to finish, Sene has been amazing. I had a few pieces previously but this was my first true custom round. Suit and a couple of shirts. The suit we perfect right out of the box. The shirt needed to be redone, which they did so well. It's amazing how well things fit despite never interacting in person. With that said, every customer service interaction was quick, friendly, professional and all promises kept. Highly recommend!

Jun 01,2023I live in Miami and decide a few years back I was taking suits out of my closet. From someone who loved wearing suits it was a hard decision. The decision was due to the weather. As a realtor I spend a lot of time driving and outside. Showing up hot and wrinkled was not a good look. Found Sene Studios and received my first suit a few weeks ago. The sizing process and customer service is awesome. The suit did come a little big. They offered to send it back or have a local tailor fix it. I went with the latter and was given a credit. Needless to say after wearing it once I placed an order for an additional suit. If you like suits but not the wrinkled feeling, the dry cleaning, and maintenance this is perfect.

May 25,2023Wow! Great suit and process. I’m a fit guy and have always bought made-to-measure suits. I decided to try Sene because of the performance material. I am more than satisfied with the suit I received. I only needed one “back and forth” with Sene to lock in the tweaks (which I super reasonable… usually a made-to-measure suit takes more than one “back and forth” with the tailor). The quality is great. The fabric is fantastic (super comfortable). The fit is dialed-in for me. Love it… have already bought my second suit.

May 23,2023Sene Studio's products are great (I own several suits, shirts, pants and jackets), but what really sets them apart is their top notch customer service. Things go wrong with any company, but what is the real test is how they handle it. I'm always able to get a quick response when needing help, and have never ended up without a great product in hand.

May 19,2023Gonna be honest, was very suspect about this process going in, but I’m so thrilled with my first Sene suit. As a frequent traveler the material, lack of wrinkling and was of laundering is a game changer. Logging in now to order 3 more!!! Only tough part was the slow turnaround on responses from customer support.

May 19,2023From beginning to completion, working with Sene has been a great experience. I have been dipping my toes into custom suiting and clothing. After much research, made the decision to try Sene — for the style, the comfort, the values, and because I’m an Angelino too. I’m a hard fit and knew it probably wouldn’t be perfect from the first go. Sene was always communicative and prompt. The jacket came back perfect right away! It did take a couple of tries on the pants but they too were perfect. Now they have my exact fit and I am looking forward to ordering other items, confident that they will arrive perfect.

May 18,2023The suit I ordered turned out perfect. I sent it back for some mild alterations and it was returned exactly the way I requested and fit so comfortably. But the material of this Sene suit is like no other. I recently attended a red carpet Hollywood event I had so many people come up to me giving me compliments for this suit. At the same time I feel I can go from that event to a yoga class and easily perform all the yoga movements with comfort and ease. I love this suit.

May 11,2023As someone who usually wears XXXL clothes, this was the easiest and lowest stress way I've ever purchased a suit. I've gone to the usual menswear stores, and I've had a professional tailor before. The quality is higher than at the big stores, and it's cheaper, less time consuming, and faster than a custom suit. I don't recall seeing cloth swatches being offered, but I think it would be helpful. My suit fit perfectly the first time, I don't stress out about putting it in my carryon luggage, and I love not having to get it dry cleaned all the time.

May 10,2023I highly recommend purchasing jeans from SENE. Over the years, I have learned to be skeptical of products advertised (especially jeans) on Instagram, but SENE is the exception. They mail you custom jeans and if they don't fit, you just need to send photos (so they can adjust the fit) and mail the old jeans back. They will then mail you new jeans and the process continues until you are satisfied at no charge to you. (My first pair was too small and my second pair were too short, but my third was perfect.) I can't wait to buy a second pair!

Apr 28,2023Very impressed! Ordered a suit, when it arrived i loved the fabric and color. The jacket fit perfectly. The pants needed adjustment but that was accomplished very well, first shot. Impressive. Wished the cycle time might have been a bit quicker. But all in sll a great experience.
