When I received my order, I was amazed by the material of the fabric and the comfortability it upheld. One of the softest fitting shirts and the most comfortable jeans I have worn.

Dec 12,2022UPDATE: After another unfruitful exchange with David, the customer experience lead reached out to me here with a sincere apology and promptly refunded the shipping. Bumping up my review from 1 star to 2 as it took a fair bit of Karen-ing to get a fair outcome, here. ORIGINAL: I've been a pretty loyal Sene customer for the last couple years — I've ordered a couple pairs of jeans for my husband and myself as well as a full suit and some sample sale trousers. We ran into some fit and quality issues, but all-in-all I was happy to put in a little legwork for a relatively affordable bespoke product. However, I recently ordered a pair of pants from their sample sale size 32x36. I received the wrong size (a 32x26). They refunded the cost of the pants and told me to donate them, but did not refund the shipping. When I reached out to point this out, a person called David responded and told me "we can't refund the shipping, unfortunately, only the garment." I responded and pointed out that I effectively paid $5 for them to send me the wrong thing. As of yet (two business days + the weekend), I haven't heard back. I'm still out the shipping. It's crap to be charged for their mistake. It's very disrespectful to their customers, especially loyal ones.

Dec 05,2022I have ordered not one, but two suits from Sene. The first suit , despite a very detailed algorithm did not fit well. BUT, Sene remade it quickly and now it fits great. When I ordered the second suit , the “remade” measurements had been saved and so that one showed up fitting perfectly. They are comfortable , stylish , and I always get a compliment or two when I wear them.

Nov 26,2022Please read their fine print return policy. They will not accept to return my suit despite it not fitting to their advertised true fit. Now I’m stuck with a poorly constructed suit that does not fit and I’m out $600. Do not order suits from them.

Nov 22,2022While I had some "fit issues" (an initial suit that was too small for an athletic build), I was optimistic those issues could be taken care of as part of future remakes & alterations. My main issue is related to the customer experience & not being able to work with Sene to reach an effective compromise in order to receive the custom product I desired (suit with double-vented jacket). As a busy professional, I'm very disappointed in the personal time & energy I invested in the Sene process to ultimately be refused the custom product I ordered/desired, despite offering to spend hundreds more (to try satisfying their not-so-obvious "VIP" policy requiring a minimum lifetime spend of $1000 to special-request double vents). Given how the customer experience has turned out, I regret my purchase & would discourage/caution others from doing so. I'm at least thankful that Sene has offered to refund my purchase price (but unfortunately not the lost time & energy). Opportunities for Improvement: - Work with Your Customers - customer experience is so important, especially today & especially for a "custom" clothing maker. It's incredibly frustrating to be a customer who wants to give a company a chance & be told, after much time & energy invested, that they are unwilling to compromise with you. If they want to stick with their VIP policy restricting double-vented suits (in the first place... why??), I don't understand why they would turn down a customer who is willing to spend hundreds more just to get the 1 product he thought he was getting in the first place. These missed expectations on my "custom" suit & lack of working towards a compromise were very frustrating to experience. - Faster Responses: I have an email thread with 30+ responses & each Sene response could take several days. This contributed to the time & energy I lost in the long, tedious process. Replying faster could have at least minimized my lost time & helped me realize faster that Sene was not willing to compromise with me. - Optimize for different body types: while I didn't have a chance to arrive at the finished product, it was initially frustrating for the clothing to be so small/tight (after providing up-front feedback that store-bought clothes are typically too tight). Doesn't seem like a great product for athletic males. - Offer face-to-face fitting: I found it personally difficult to provide multiple rounds of feedback on my initial products. I would have paid extra to go into a partnering tailor/expert to have them assess my fit & provide faster, more effective feedback than I could myself. This contributed to the sense of wasted time & energy I felt engaging in Sene's process.

Nov 17,2022From ordering to altering, so far, the experience, alone is top notch! Oh and by the way, the jeans happen to fit nearly perfectly! The smart fit quiz truly only takes a minute. I honestly did not expect the pants to fit right as I do not have a traditional body. I am proud to say despite the length being a little long, the fit is PERFECT and the jeans are SOFT and comfortable! I am still in disbelief. Pants never fit me this well. Like the other reviewer said, I'm hooked, too! I will probably try suits, next! When I emailed about my fit, Selena responded within 12 hours and instructions were very simple. I truly believe the Sene team wants you to feel confident in their products and they are doing what they can make it happen. Keep up the great service!

Nov 17,2022I had requested a remake of a pair of jeans but the company could not get it right. I was sent the wrong style to begin with. After numerous email and no response I gave up. I am stuck with a pair of jeans I can not wear and out 150.00.

Nov 12,2022This suit is amazing! It is so comfortable I don't feel like I am even wearing a suit. The initial suit delivered was a little off, but the process to send it back and get a revised one was simple and they nailed it! Will definitely be getting another.

Nov 10,2022I will update this once I receive the suit, but there has been some slight frustration since submitting the order. However, I do want to say, when I talked to one of their customer service reps on the phone - she was absolutely wonderful and I couldnt of asked for anything more. No employee has frustrated me, but what did... is the shipping option. It now appears that the "Next Day Shipping" option, is simply that.. next day shipping. In other words, you're paying 85 dollars to get the company to drop the suit off to the carrier - the day after its completed. You will not be receiving that suit, a day after it is finally shipped. The main reason this ended up being a larger issue, is because right after ordering and getting my confirmation - I was informed that the quoted delivery timeframe is no longer applicaple and that it would be double that time - due to...covid... which is quickly turning into a scapegoat of a reason for numerous companies. It is a huge bummer that I had to order a second suit from xsuit, to ensure I had one in time, for this wedding. because I was really looking forward to enjoying this brand, after reading loads and loads of wonderful reviews. I am still hopeful and optimistic that the suit will look and feel great - but I am really disappointed in the shipping experience I have had with this.

Nov 05,2022Game Changing Suit! Have big lower body from being athlete, but trimmer upper body. The suit fits great. The flexibility of material is so comfortable that I find myself wearing the suit many times more than my others!

Oct 30,2022A suit, 4 pairs of jeans and two sport coats later, I am hooked. Easy ordering and measuring, not sure how they magically make that happen. No adjustments needed. And did I tell you how you really can wash them yourself. A very sad dry cleaner in my neighborhood. I travel a ton and these are so comfy and wrinkles just fall out. Ordered a pair of jeans again (they are that comfy) and due to me ordering the wrong model, thought it would be a hassle to fix. Wrong. David from customer service was whiz with a senses of humor. Worked it all out quickly and new pair in the works. Very cool products and customer service. Thanks Sene!

For my second pair, I wanted the leg a bit longer and they were happy to accommodate. Customer service with a real person via email rather than a bot. Very pleased!

Oct 15,2022Super happy and impressed with my experience with Sene, everything fit perfectly first time out of the box. I ordered a custom tech suit and 2 custom spread shirts and they are amazing. I look great and feel great in them. The online ordering process was great, took about 4 weeks, no big deal. If I’d needed to send them back for refit, the clothes would be worth waiting for. I like the Sene process, it’s modern, compelling, convenient and works. I searched for a modern suit with great design and technology at an affordable price and I found it. I can’t wait to see what they come up with next, I am sure to check it out.

Oct 13,2022This suit fits amazing. The pants fit perfect on the first try. The jacket had to be redone 3 times to get the sizing I had in mind perfect. They responded to all emails in a timely manner and each remake was at my door in around 2 to 2.5 weeks. I already have another on order and will be ordering more from them in the near future.

I can't believe how perfectly they fit me, and how well they compliment my preferences. I will definitely continue to purchase jeans until my collection is entirely sizeless (it's also nice not to refer to my body as a number)
