Sep 18,2022Who the hell are this outfit??? Bombarded with SPAM e-mails about an account I didn't set-up. Deny they have an account using my e-mail, deny i'm on any mailing list - reported to the UK ICO.

Sep 08,2022I would never ever do business with this company again. Stay away from them. Their suits are not as marketed. My suit needed adjustments in both the jacket and the slacks. It took weeks to get a response, which only happens via email or text. I was so exasperated after days of non-communication that I asked to return the suit. It's been 10 days since my last contact with their customer service department. Horrible company to do business with.

Aug 29,2022Bought a suit from this company in May (and am still waiting on it). First they lost my order and I had to ask them what the deal was before they realized it. Then they sent me a suit that was way too big and I had to sent it back for alterations, which I think was in July (it's been so long, I forget). I have to email them every two weeks to see what the status is, which inevitably is they are still working on it. The customer service simply is nonexistent. The suit itself did seem comfortable (though that may be because it was far too large), but the comical amount of time this has taken coupled with the abysmal customer service warrants one star.

Jul 29,2022Their fit is just not that great. I've had to send suits back and forth for remakes multiple times and the turnaround each time is 3-4 weeks. The material is also not great, looks cheap. Comfortable but I'm gonna pass on this company after two suits with multiple remakes and month and month long issues.

Better than off the rack and other bespoke suits I have purchased in the past. Ordering again as they just confirmed they keep your answers on file…so you don’t have to go through the questions again. Highly recommend l!

Jul 12,2022Great team when it came to retailoring the suit to fit. It fit very poorly the first time around, but then they asked for photos and measurements, sent back their recommendations, and sent me a new suit before I even had to return the one I had. Very nice customer service team.

Jun 26,2022I own several pairs of jeans from Sene and I pretty much never wear anything else - the quality and fit, styling has been far superior to my trusty Levis and Uniqlos (which I wore pretty much daily for years). Great team of people who are willing and responsive, they care about being a good business providing a quality product. Much respect.

Jun 25,2022I love Sene! I was skeptical that an online questionaire would lead to a great fitting new suit but I was wrong. The questionaire was a breeze. Ordering was a snap. And the resulting suit was amazing. I love it so much, I ordered another jacket to have one in a different color. In the past I've hired tailors and paid good money only to get a suit weeks later that I didn't like. Never again. Sene makes it easy, fun and accurate. I LOVE Sene!

Jun 24,2022Ordering is easy, everything online just worked - amazing how nice the simple things are! I’ve got a few pants and shorts from Sene, and sure took a couple tries to get the sizing 100% to my exact (and annoying) preference but now I just order more and bam, perfect pants from great material. And getting it right was frictionless - either for them to fix it or have my tailor do it. 5/5, will order more.

Jun 24,2022Just purchased a pair of the AirJeans and also the shorts. LOVE LOVE LOVE them, incredibly comfortable and stretchy which works for my active lifestyle. But let's also be real... they fit me so well and I love it when people comment on them. A talyor made experience at an affordable price.

Jun 15,2022My first fit was terrible, even when providing my exact measurements. The to get the next fit you have to stuff yourself back into the jeans and take pics of how horrible your body looks in them..super fun (not that there is a better way to do it). The pair I got have absolutely no stretch and are incredibly stiff. I truly hate them but they wouldn’t give me an option to return, just a remake. We’ll see how the remake works but this is not at all what I expected.

May 23,2022I have ordered four pairs of pants from Sene. 2 of the first 3 orders had to returned for a complete remake, but fit OK after the remak. I thought we were closing in on a fit that would work every time. The 4th order arrived and was clearly not made to any dimensions that would fit me. Waist over 1 and 1/2 inches smaller; inseam 3" smaller, every other measurement way off. I corresponded with the only means of communication, an email address, received an acknowledging autoreply and another reply within a couple of days telling me to expect to head from their fit specialist. It has now been over a month with no response. I have sent three follow up emails to which there has been no response.

Feb 04,2022This company is a scam. I will continue to post negative reviews whenever able. I ordered the custom women's Skinny Jeans. They advertise 2-3 weeks for delivery after ordering. My jeans took 5 weeks to arrive. The first pair was too tight and had bunching in the knee area. I sent several photos and video to the fit team. They told me these issues would be fixed in the remake. The remake fit even worse. The crotch area fit awkwardly and there was even more bunching in the knee/calf area. I asked to return the jeans for a refund as I am within the 60 days. They went radio silent and have not responded to multiple texts or emails. I posted a review on their website which they filtered out because it was a 1 star review. This company is a SCAM!!!!

May 20,2018I'm getting married in October and was looking for a 3 piece suit and after a lot of searching decided on Sene's Empire Suit, but wasn't sure it was really a good idea to buy online. So I added it to the cart and gave myself a couple days to think it over. Within a day, Ray himself reached out, offered to answer any questions I had, assured me of the alteration process and even gave me a discount on the suit itself. It's hard to put into words how impressed and grateful I am to Sene Studios, from their CEO Ray to the team who handled fitting me including Landon and others, to their new head of development Mark. At every step, they went out of their way to not only make me feel like but actually show me, how much they valued my business. When the suit came it was mostly perfect but there were some things that needed to get changed. They made it incredibly easy to do and treated me like I had single-handedly made their business by buying the suit even though after the alterations, and on top of my discount, their actual profit was being cut into each time (they ended up entirely remaking my vest not because it was wrong on their end but because I wanted it to sit higher). And as many have said on here, the best part is that the quality, construction, fit and materials are flawless. I find it pretty rare to find a company that not only offers competitive pricing but also delivers amazing quality and has impeccable service. I couldn't endorse them highly enough. Do yourself a favor and drop into their store if you're in LA or if you're not, rest assured and be without fear, buy something and you'll be blown away.

I learned about Sene through email asking me to come into the showroom that once was located in the Midtown area in NYC. As soon as I walked in I noticed all of the sleek and fitted designs, I fell in love with the fabrics and colors. In putting together a wedding shoot I immediately thought of Sene! I did not hesitate to reach out to Ray (owner) he was thrilled and we both were excited to work together. On shooting day the model was amazed that a suit fit him so well, he loved the way it felt and mentioned to me that he never wore a suit that fit him so well, he was raving about it all day.I will proudly offer Sene as an option for future weddings and other occasions.

Oct 12,2022I was skeptical but after a few remakes I got the fit I was looking for. Traveled to Italy where the suit lived, squished into a 2 gallon ziplock bag. Just shook it out, no wrinkles!, paired it with a tee each night for dinner. I was usually the best dressed gent in each restaurant. So comfy.
