Apr 25,2023Fantastic overall experience! When I received my first version of the suit, it needed some alterations but I also didn't like my originally chosen color for the fabric. Not only did they make alterations that were spot on for the next version, they remade the entire suit in a color I absolutely love! They even went out of their way to contact me when the suit shipped as I needed it for a wedding. I will definitely be purchasing more of their clothing in the future!

Apr 24,2023Suit is great! First cut was wonderful. Shirt is also amazing! Great fit and look. Easy to button (other flex suits/shirts have been waaaay more difficult to button for some reason).

Apr 23,2023The suit fits and feels great. It needed to be remade once but they nailed it on the remake. Customer service is super easy to work with and responds quickly. I will definitely be buying more of their products.

Apr 10,2023Absolutely fantastic experience with this group. The suit I ordered fit perfectly upon arrival and required no adjustments. I used their intuitive smart fit feature and it was a breeze to go through. They kept in contact throughout the process. The suit itself is extremely comfortable and breathable. Went ahead and ordered a second suit. The shirts also are awesome. Highly recommend.

Apr 08,2023The team went back and forth with me to perfect my fit and I could not be more happy with the result. I have tried several other custom T shirt brands and have been frustrated with the outcome. Very happy I found Sene. Looking forward to trying other things from them.

Apr 01,2023I followed the instructions and received Sene "custom" jeans that were roughly 4-5 times smaller than I would need. In fact, I could not get them over my knees. I was instructed to "send a selfie wearing them" so they could adjust them. I explained that they would get a photo of me with pants around my ankles. Several days later, they sent me a link to do many measurements. When I did that & uploaded, another several days later, I asked for an update & they couldn't find the measurements. They couldn't even find my account. I asked for a new link that would actually work & when a few more days went by without an answer, I finally cancelled. It's interesting that they couldn't solve the problem by sending a workable link. The jeans look great, love the reviews but I don't think their system is up to speed. I did get a return label so let's see if they issue a refund as slowly as their customer service works.

Apr 01,2023I could not love a suit more than I love my Sene Flex suit. I wear a suit every day for 14-16 hours, and I have two closets full of them, probably 50 or more if I were to count them. I was intrigued by the concept of a comfy suit that travels well, so I went online, answered the questions, and a few weeks later my first suit showed up. It was close, but needed a few tweaks. The return was painless, and a few weeks later I had my updated suit. It was so fantastic that I ordered another one. When the new one arrived the lighter color of the fabric let me see that I could still fine tune it, so I sent back both suits, and the fit is now spot on. I'm now waiting for my 3rd suit, and trying to figure out a way to convince my wife that I need a 4th and 5th. The only downside is that when I wear my "normal" suits now they feel uncomfortable.

Mar 28,2023I have been following Sene for a while, and finally decided to order a custom bomber jacket... I am NOT an off-the-rack guy... I am generally between sizes in both height and weight, so I have a hard time finding the right. So I took the quiz and added some other information and sent my order. The jacket arrived in about 3 weeks and it looked great and fit pretty well, but needed some adjustment. So as directed, I sent photos, we agreed on their adjustments and 3 weeks later I had a NEW jacket. And its perfect. PERFECT. Just how I hoped. A fantastic experience and I am excited to add another Sene piece to my wardrobe soon.

As impressive as the looks and quality is their standing behind the claim they’ll make the fit perfect! Very easy return and the finished product is like going to a tailor in person! Mar 13,2023Everything Sene says about the suit is true. What they didn’t brag about was the customer service. My sizing was a bit off but I was able to send in a few photos of myself wearing the suit and they handled the rest. Truly pleased.

Mar 11,2023***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** ***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** ***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** ***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** Overpromise & Underdeliver ORDERED 2 SUITS, 2 DRESS SHIRTS, & 3 T-SHIRTS ON 1/7/2023, AS OF THE DATE OF THIS REVIEW, I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED 1 SUIT, 1 DRESS SHIRT, & 1 T-SHIRT, ALL WERE POOR QUALITY AND DID NOT COME CLOSE TO FITTING PROPERLY!!! They charged the entire order amount right away. They claimed it would be produced and shipped within two weeks. That didn't happen. After almost a month got 2 shirts and one suit, all of which were of poor quality and fit very badly even though I filled out all the sizing information. Suit looked cheap. Poor craftsmanship. The shirt was constructed better but the sizing was just so bad. Emails and texts took 2-3 days each for a response. Over two months from the date I placed my order and I am still waiting for the remaining items which they have yet to give me a status update on despite my multiple email inquiries. There is no way to cancel the order and get the remaining refund until it ships and they can't tell me when it will ship. In their email responses they acknowledge that they were slow in responding and they don't deny that they missed their 2-week shipment representation. Everyone understands unforeseen problems... but Sene, even after realizing it had problems, didn't proactively communicate. It could have sent out an email to all affected, explaining the problem. When you take people's money upfront (rather than at the time of shipping) the burden is on you to keep them informed of problems and delays. It shouldn't be up to the customer to have to hunt down what the problem is. As for my comment on the suit looking cheap. Well, when a suit fits poorly, it looks cheap, and the suit that was delivered to me fit very bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ITS NOT WORTH IT, THEIR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOME SERVICE ARE HORRIBLE, ITS ALL A SCAM!!! ***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** ***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** ***BUYER BEWARE!!!*** ***BUYER BEWARE!!!***

Mar 07,2023Purchased powder blue suit, tough to get fit correct with my shape (6’2 with a 40 inch waist) Normally purchase custom suits. Decided to try Sene, travel for work and wanted to try something new/fun! First suit was not the fit I was looking for. Christine at Sene responded, sent her pictures and fit I wanted, she ABSOLUTELY nailed to second. Exact fit I wanted. Could not be happier and will be ordering more this month! Thanks Sene Team! Mar 06,2023Ordered a black suit...too small...emailed and received a response the next day. Sent photos and my measurements (used jacket and pants that fit the way I like). Returned the too-small suit. A couple of weeks later, received the redone suit. Fits great! Looks great! Will plan to buy a grey suit soon.

Mar 01,2023As a short man in the US, it’s very difficult to find jeans that fit. As soon as I saw the custom-fit Air Jeans, I knew I had to try it. By the end, I have a great-fitting pair of jeans that I’m happy with. The biggest issue with the process is how many revisions it required. The first pair I received did not match what I put in my fit profile at all. It’s almost like all the measurement info I provided on the website was ignored because the fit was way too large in every dimension. In total, I had to return them for alterations twice before they matched what I asked for. However, in the end, I am happy with the result, it just took several months of returning and waiting to get there.

Feb 28,2023Was curious about the technology re custom suits without multiple measurements. Ordered first FlexTech suit in May and it arrived a few weeks later and fit great!. So ordered another in June same great service and fit. Ordered 3rd suit in November, some delays due to holidays etc and this one did not fit even close. But....service was great, returned that one, new one was made and it is wonderful. Great customer service, responsive and rapid.
