Bought a bracelet in March only for it to now break. The website says they will replace it as it's not been 6 months but it's impossible to get a response from them. Also don't expect a £70 bracelet to break so soon!!! Have sent numerous emails to not get a response. Customer service is a joke!

1) price jumped nearly $40 due to unaccounted fees and shipping 2) in spite of shipping fee, somehow it is still not here, after having waited nearly two weeks (way behind schedule) 3) tracking number I was provided doesn’t even work Save your money. May be a scam

Ordered 2 rings for myself. Quality was excellent. Quick delivery. Only problem, I ordered the wrong size. Contacted the store online, it was really quick and easy to arrange free return by tracked royal mail, easy to re-ordered for a different size. Kept informed during the whole process. Excellent service, excellent quality.
