The advice and patience shown to me was exceptional. The customer service throughout the entire process pre and post purchase was outstanding. I am of an age where technology doesn't come easy and therefore customer care and advice is essential. I dont often write reviews but I felt I needed to share my experience as I know how hard it is to find good customer service. I cannot recommend this company enough. You will not get the service I was shown in Currys or John Lewis.

It is often only when things go wrong that we discover if a retailer is good. Darren brought the replacement equipment to my home and helped set it up; nothing was too much trouble. SSAV Bromley will be my first port of call for all things AV-related in future!
