Jan 16,2025Spoke to staff at the Yeovil store and they happily checked if what I wanted was in stock (Rega Phono Stage) and even though I called before they were even open the guy didn't mind and confirmed the item was in the store. The chap then confirmed when my order would be fulfilled, when it would be despatched and when it would be delivered. Everything went as he advised and the couriers (DPD) were within 10 mins of allotted time. Happy with purchase so far just started to listen to my vinyl via the Rega rather than the built in phono and sounds very nice.

Salesman Gavin was very helpful and I had ample time to listen to different amps, speakers and try different streaming systems. Whole buying process was quite relaxing. Products bought are excellent. Competitive prices too with the TV cheaper than at John Lewis. Paul the delivery and installation guy was outstanding in setting everything up and explaining it carefully. Would have struggled without him
