Member of staff I spoke to was from the Chelsea store (sorry i can't remember his name) but he was very helpful and a couple of days later my new speakers arrived and speaker cables the day after. Excellent service and would happily recommend and buy from sevenokes sound and vision again.

Jan 11,2025I bought a Denon RCDN12 Hifi it was delivered without delay to Northern Ireland from England that in itself is quite unusual but much appreciated. The online purchase was straightforward and in addition to the hi-fi they were also gifting free sennheiser sport true wireless earbuds what’s not to like as a footnote, the Denon works seamlessly and brilliantly well with my Rega speakers and connects automatically to our Sony TV for a quite brilliant sound

Jan 11,2025One of the main advantages of using Sevenoaks Cheltenham is that you get access to Nick who provides excellent advice and ensures that you get great service. All of which which can save you a great deal of money and frustration. Would recommend that you buy from them any day over going online and purchasing piecemeal. You will still get a really good deal plus knowledgeable support to fall back on. My review is based on the purchase of a replacement amplifier to integrate into my home HiFi system

Although not fully set up, they are local so I know I can pop in and ask any questions or obtain additional connection leads etc., and even offer somebody to help set everything up.
