Jan 10,2025Warning: Avoid Seven Zones Travel – Dishonest Business Practices! I had an extremely negative experience with Seven Zones Travel, specifically with an agent named Peter Naeem, and I want to share my story to warn others. I purchased and paid for a business class ticket with JetBlue, flying from London to New York on 20th December 2024. However, I was deceptively issued an economy class ticket instead. Peter intentionally delayed sending me my ticket until just a few hours before departure. As this was my first time flying JetBlue, I wasn’t familiar with their business class being called “Mint.” My ticket displayed a “B” class, and when I noticed it only allowed one piece of luggage, I immediately contacted Peter. He assured me that the “B” indicated business class and that the luggage issue was simply an error that would be resolved at the airport. Unfortunately, upon arrival at Heathrow, I was informed that I had been booked in economy class, not business. I was also forced to pay an additional £190 for extra luggage, both ways. I am currently pursuing a refund and legal advice regarding this matter. I strongly advise against using Seven Zones Travel or trusting Peter Naeem. I will share pictures of my evidence once I have redacted my personal details. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, and I hope others can avoid experiencing the same.

Jan 03,2025Having phoned Sevenzones.co.uk. answered by a great guy Steve, was very helpful with my request, for a flight to Philippines, In January, as cheap as possible, very flexible with dates, and Airlines, 1 short stop over, left it with him and he came back to me with a flight 15 th January just has I requested, and very cheap, just has I requested, very good service.

Jan 01,2025Naturally very concerned when booking a holiday in New York over Christmas.Ruma my agent worked tirelessly to get me a deal within my budget.What a deal! Luxury hotel..in Williamsburg .neighbourhood very safe.Great places to eat & drink.Subway about 15 mins walk.Bespoke shops Neighbourhood safe. Just loved the intimacy of the place..United Airlines all flights arrived early..no hanging about.Rumavwas always quick to come back to me if I had a problem..in fact she sorted on problem out whilst I slept..Her enthusiasm & determination to get me what I wanted ,& could afford was exceptional.

Dec 22,2024I want to give my appreciation to Frank Castle who went above & beyond to assist me on every step during my booking. Airport transfers were ther waiting, great stuff , very helpful staff on arrival at hotel Doganay. Only downside is most don't understand English well which can be a little frustrating.hotel rate is 3* rather than the advertised 5*. Lots could be improved but overall nice staff tho they speak little English. Found the resort to be more suitable for older generation than families with kids nt much choice on activities on-site.
