May 18,2024Our trip to Ghana recently was booked with these jokes Seven Zones and from the beginning it was a big mess. The simplest things they got wrong like calling me a Mr when I'm clearly not and my partner is not a Ms. When I pointed it out to them they acted as thought it was no big deal. All of our paid monies receipt came back with different dates on it. Our trip was booked last year but the e-ticket was sent to us a few days before the trip. The team call you at unsociable hours. The first joker I dealt with was called Alex then I was transferred to Peter. Who sent us to the wrong hotel in Ghana so had to beg to send the night there. The next day my partner rang him and he asked if we could go another hotel and when we return home he would compensate us. We've been home now for 9 workings days and every time we contact Peter he is either in hospital, away from the office are going to email us a compensation voucher. Yesterday was when we stopped believing him. So I sent a whatsapp message to say he isn't a man of his word and no response at all. People please do NOT use Seven Zone Travels as we're one of many due to it being a group trip of over 100 people. From Bfirstlesiureclub just as bad as them. Stay away. Never ever again. I would even give them all -10 if it was possible. Ruined our holiday as much more went wrong when there. And family bereavement before travel.

I recommend this agency don't think 2 times go for it, I got my tickets now I am just waiting for my holiday date in June, all thanks to Seven Zones agency

Mar 20,2024This company called Seven Zones Travels needs to be scrapped because they’re fraudsters and scammers, I supposed use them last year, deposited £500 but due to the demise of my dad, had to cancel, they demanded for death certificate which I provided for them and at the end of the day, they could only refund £200 in voucher to me to be used with them only, they’re jokers, fraudsters and scammers, please don’t fall victim, they act like they have a London office, it’s a fraud, they’re based in India faking unsuspecting people like they’re London registered, it’s a total fraud so be careful.
