I want to thank Sevenzones for helping me to have a lovely journey from London Heathrow Airpot to Zimbabwe and get back safely.Everything went well l never had any problem about my tickets .Before l went to the airport l was already know everything about my boarding pass and my seat number .l want to thank you so much and lm going to use your travel agent in any trip lm going to have. Lastly l wanna give thanks to Ruma for kindly help me for my first trip .Even it was my first trip she helped me so much to feel very comfortable on both trips and to choose the propriate seat for myself

Jazzy Daniel’s gave a call and check in for me with my choice of seat even though I didn’t asked for it. That was really helpful as I don’t need to join the long queue for check in ,he’s very nice and polite as well

My initial experience was not good as I almost lost all of my deposit. But everything was sorted and got maximum satisfaction. I'm especially grateful to Ruma for taking my case seriously and seeing it to the end.

If I could score this company less than one star I would. My sister and I were due to travel as part of a group to Ghana on April 25th. The company organising the trips and activities will be reviewed separately but are just as bad. The first red flag was when they made it difficult for me to pay by credit card (so glad I persisted). It transpired that the tour company used two different travel agents to book the flights and hotels for over 100 people. I only found this out when a friend who was travelling had received her e-ticket when I had none. I had to secure my ticket number via British Airways as I got no response from Seven Zones. On arrival late evening we found that the hotel had no record of our booking & therefore no room for us! The tour operator’s calls back to the UK got responses from Peter saying we hadn’t paid at all while I stood there with an itemised receipt detailing the payment made for the flight and the tickets. As it got to the early hours of Friday morning, the Tour operator paid himself for our room assuring us that he would sort everything out and as the hotel management said nothing more to us we assumed everything had been…until we tried to check out on the final day With 45minutes to go before our cab arrived to take us back to the airport, the hotel told us that 5 days payments were still outstanding! My calls back to Seven Zones were unanswered so I was left with no option but to make the payment. On return to the UK I called Seven Zones but was just given the run around. I heard that Peter was in hospital/ on another call/ not in until the afternoon etc but no one returned my calls. I also called my credit card on my day of return. I explained what had happened to make a section 75 claim against the company. It was stressful waiting for the process to conclude as I’m sure they had to contact the hotel to verify what I told them and maybe speak to Seven Zones, but eventually I was told that my claim was upheld but the vendors had 30 days to either pay me or contest the claim. I knew they had no leg to stand on and that I’d get my money back but was surprised when Peter called me saying he wanted to pay me directly and could he have my banking details, saying it would be better for both of us if I didn’t make the chargeback claim! I couldn’t see how this would disadvantage me. Given I’d paid him previously he already had them but I told him I didn’t trust him but would take my credit card’s advice on whether I should go outside of the process. They advised that if I did this I’d have no protection if it went wrong, so I had no further dealings with Seven Zones This company took my money and didn’t pay for my hotel booking. They then failed to reimburse me and tried their best to prevent me speaking to their management. When you check them out on streetview you can see that there’s no way they have “departments” or other floors that staff could be on to be transferred to when you call. A company of scammers who I will be reporting to their local trading standards

I was introduced to Seven Zones by my sister who has been served by Liza Williams for a while now. I now know why. Liza is so patient with me, kind and diligent. She has helped me with my flight plans and has answered my questions lovingly and expeditiously. She is always available to give guidance and help whenever I needed her. Ms.Liza Williams from Sevenzones is always very helpful, everytime I call her from any part of the world she will answer. She has a lot of patience with me as I mostly do last minute confusing booking. She like an angel I told her once. Good services keep it up.
