Liza Williams is arguably the most excellent, efficient, patient and very amiable customer service personnel I have ever come across. She is diligent, always beaming with smiles. She goes the extra miles to ensure her customers gets value for their money. She doesn't stop at that. Once she books ticket for you she will follow up until passenger boards the plane without complaints. She is very friendly. Always resolving any issues promptly and amicably. She is a huge asset to sevenzones. The agent Angela Brown helped me with the reservation, although we had a couple of misunderstandings due to a lack of concrete communication, but finally, anyway She helped me and I was able to make my trip.
