Feb 01,2025Fantastic service phoned seven Trent Thursday night Chris and his colleague came out Friday morning fixed the leak found out my meter needed changing so made a report out 90 minutes later Josh and Callum turned up fitted a new water meter tarmacked around where it was abit rough amazing job can’t praise them enough jn13913427

Sep 01,2024If only all providers were of the same standard we received today from Chris Roche of Severn Trent Water then everyone’s world would be a much better place. Chris phoned before arrival, arrived with a smile, listened to our dilemma and took the time to explain his every step as he investigated our water supply mystery - we couldn’t find the external stop cock to the property that we had recently purchased (Job number 13778848). Mission now completed and so nice to be looked after by a Severn Trent Water employee who in my opinion is a great asset to his company.

Aug 21,2024We had to contact Severn trent this week as we had a water leak on the front of our property, today Josh and Leighton came from severn trent to repair the leak ,they were both very professional and explained everything they were going to do, when they had completed the job they informed me that another team would be calling to make the area as it was before .
